Biden lies on McCain tax record By Rizzuto Fri Oct 03, 2008 - That's right, he didn't mislead, or gaffe, or misrepresent; this was a flat out lie. Biden made the claim that McCain voted “the exact same way” as Obama to raise taxes on people making $42,000/year. Well, here are the two roll calls for the votes: S. Con. Res. 70 as Amended on March 14th S. Con. Res. 70 Conference Report on June 4th Obama voted Yea twice, McCain was absent. Another lie injected into the debate by Obama-Biden. Somebody should tell plugs not to lie on such easily verifiable issues.
